My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, but there were some issues with maintenance like potholes and a faint sewage smell. It could get a bit warm in the afternoons, too. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, with the staff going the extra mile for arrangements but being unwelcoming during check-in. The location offered a nice view of the dam, but there was no shade over the pool, making the water too warm for my liking. The dining options were substandard for the hotel's rating, offering limited choices and requiring extra payment for certain items.
